CAN I CHANGE OR CANCEL MY ORDER ONCE IT HAS BEEN PLACED?

We want you to enjoy your items as soon as you can! Therefore, we would be unable to change or cancel an order once it has been placed.

HOW DO I PLACE AN ORDER?

To place an order, simply navigate through the site with our product pages, or use the search feature to find a product. Once you have a product, you can view details about that product, and add it to your cart. To checkout, simply click the bag icon in the top right.

HOW CAN I RETURN A PRODUCT?

What if i enter my details incorrectly?

As soon as you notice that your details are incorrect, you must let us know immediately so we can attempt to rectify your order before dispatch. However, we cannot guarantee we will be able to do it in time before the item is shipped.

Please note that in the event an item is undelivered and returned to our warehouse as a result of incorrectly entered information, you may be charged 20% of your order value for restocking, fulfillment, processing and shipping if you wish for us to resend your item.

WHAT IF THERE'S A PROBLEM WITH WHAT I RECEIVE?

If you find a fault with something you have received, please let us know quickly so we can ensure we get the problem solved. We will be able to offer you a full refund or a replacement product.
